We've spent three years running campaigns as GrowThunders. These are the pattern-matched takes that pushed us from "agency" to "platform". Disagree? Come argue over numbers, not slides.

Reach is not a unit of acquisition.

Pricing creators on follower count is like buying paid traffic on browser tabs opened. We price them on outcomes — CPA, retention, payback — or we don't price them at all.

Every campaign starts from zero. That's the bug.

The whole industry behaves like nothing was learned in the previous quarter. We treat each campaign as a training signal that improves the next one. Performance compounds, or it isn't performance.
